Myo Films Movie Producer: Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your booking with Myo Films Movie Producer reserves our dedicated time and resources for your special event. We understand plans can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent.
Initial Payment & Deposits
A $100.00 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. This deposit compensates us for holding your date and initial planning.
Client Cancellation (7+ Days Notice): If you cancel with at least seven (7) days' advance written notice prior to your scheduled event, a full refund of all payments made, including your $100 deposit, will be issued.
Venue Cancellation: If the event is canceled directly by the venue (e.g., due to unforeseen closure), a full refund of all payments made, including your $100 deposit, will be issued.
Client Cancellation (Less than 7 Days Notice): For cancellations by you with less than seven (7) days' written notice, your $100.00 deposit is non-refundable. Any payments made beyond the deposit will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled event or consultation without prior notice, the full project fee will be forfeited.
We understand the need for flexibility. You may reschedule your event once without penalty, provided you give at least 14 days' notice and the new date is within 6 months of the original date, subject to our availability. Subsequent rescheduling may incur a 20% rescheduling fee.
Special Consideration for Funeral Services
We recognize the sensitive and often unpredictable nature of funeral arrangements. For funeral service videography, we offer greater flexibility for rescheduling and compassionate consideration for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. Please notify us as soon as possible of any changes.
