Payment Schedule Overview

A $100.00 deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your event date.
The remaining balance ($150.00) is due upon final delivery of your video deliverables.

Service Limitations & Scope

Our Standard Filming Package includes up to 2.5 hours of continuous filming at one location. Additional filming time or locations may be subject to extra charges, agreed upon in advance.
We require all necessary permissions and access from the venue for filming. Any restrictions impacting our ability to capture footage are outside of our control.
We use only royalty-free or licensed music in our productions to ensure legal compliance.

Post-Production & Revisions Policy

At Myo Films Movie Producer, we are committed to delivering a video you will cherish. Our editing process is designed for clarity and efficiency:

First Draft Delivery: Once the initial editing is complete, we will deliver a first draft of your video via a secure online link for your review.
Included Revision Round: You will have one (1) opportunity to provide all your feedback and requested changes on this first draft. Please compile all your feedback into a single, clear list, referencing specific timestamps where applicable. This comprehensive list will constitute your one included revision round.
Final Video Edit: After receiving your feedback from the included revision round, we will apply the requested changes and deliver your final video edit.
Additional Edits: Any requests for further revisions or changes after the final video edit has been delivered, or beyond the scope of the single included revision round, will be subject to an additional fee of $50.00 per revision. This charge covers up to two (2) hours of dedicated editing time for that specific round of requested changes. We will confirm any additional charges with you before proceeding.

Myo Films Movie Producer: Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your booking with Myo Films Movie Producer reserves our dedicated time and resources for your special event. We understand plans can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent.

Initial Payment & Deposits

A $100.00 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. This deposit compensates us for holding your date and initial planning.

Cancellation & Refunds

Client Cancellation (7+ Days Notice): If you cancel with at least seven (7) days' advance written notice prior to your scheduled event, a full refund of all payments made, including your $100 deposit, will be issued.
Venue Cancellation: If the event is canceled directly by the venue (e.g., due to unforeseen closure), a full refund of all payments made, including your $100 deposit, will be issued.
Client Cancellation (Less than 7 Days Notice): For cancellations by you with less than seven (7) days' written notice, your $100.00 deposit is non-refundable. Any payments made beyond the deposit will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled event or consultation without prior notice, the full project fee will be forfeited.

Rescheduling Your Event

We understand the need for flexibility. You may reschedule your event once without penalty, provided you give at least 14 days' notice and the new date is within 6 months of the original date, subject to our availability. Subsequent rescheduling may incur a 20% rescheduling fee.

Special Consideration for Funeral Services

We recognize the sensitive and often unpredictable nature of funeral arrangements. For funeral service videography, we offer greater flexibility for rescheduling and compassionate consideration for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. Please notify us as soon as possible of any changes.
